Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 3 business day(s) depending on the size & complexity of the order, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

Cancellations

Returns

Due to our products being customized/personalized items, we do not accept returns/refunds.

Damaged Orders
